Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not then we have a 14 day no quibbles return policy* from your items arriving with you so long as your items are still in the same condition they arrived to you in. Please contact us to arrange your return.
Any items being returned are under your care until they arrive with us at which point we will issue your refund back to the account that was used to make the purchase. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service such as Royal Mail Tracked and Signed, which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing, you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
Faulty Items: Please inspect your items on arrival and if there are any issues with your items please contact us with pictures of the issue so that we can get things resolved for you.
*Custom Items, sale items and gift certificates are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
