1. How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

  • Orders are printed on request to ensure the highest quality. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be processed before it is shipped out.

2. What should I expect with larger models?

  • Some larger models may come in parts due to printing restrictions. Additionally, certain models may have holes due to being hollowed for printing purposes. These holes are placed as unobtrusively as possible and can be easily filled with two part epoxy putty such as Green Stuff or Milliput. Furthermore, with multi-part prints, there may be some gaps where pieces join, and again, Epoxy Putty can be used to fill any such gaps, ensuring a seamless finish. 

3. Can I request customizations or modifications to my order?

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to alter models as per our licensing agreements for selling these models. Our inventory is based on authorized designs, and we must adhere to these guidelines. However, we continuously update our selection, so please feel free to browse our latest offerings. If you have specific requests or suggestions for future releases, we'd love to hear from you!

4. What materials are used for printing?

  • We utilize high-quality ABS-Like Resin for our printing process, ensuring durability and detail in every miniature. This material offers excellent strength and resilience, making it ideal for both gaming and display purposes.5. Do you offer international shipping?
  • We ship within the UK and to the EU. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs regulations.

  • We strive for customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items, and we will work to resolve the matter promptly. Please note that personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
