We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are not then we have a 14 day no quibbles return policy* from your items arriving with you so long as your items are still in the same condition they arrived to you in. Please contact us to arrange your return.

Any items being returned are under your care until they arrive with us at which point we will issue your refund back to the account that was used to make the purchase.  We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service such as Royal Mail Tacked and Signed, which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the rare event of the parcel going missing, you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Faulty Items: Please inspect your items on arrival and if there are any issues with your items please contact us with pictures of the issue so that we can get things resolved for you.
